His Excellency Oleg Firer also holds a diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and serves as the Ambassador of Grenada. Being a representative at the Executive Board of the World Health Organization (WHO), he has played a part in bilateral relations at the United Nations (UN).
